1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "776pub," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 776pub.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "User," "Customer," or "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 776pub platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration on 776pub.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 776pub reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with Philippine law.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines to use 776pub services. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 776pub complies with all applicable laws in your place of residence. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a location where such activity is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Account on 776pub. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be suspended, and any bonuses, winnings, or balances may be forfeited. In the event of multiple accounts, 776pub reserves the right to determine which account will remain active.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided during registration may result in immediate account suspension or termination. You agree to notify 776pub immediately of any changes to your registration information.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 776pub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 776pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Account Verification and KYC

3.1 KYC Requirements

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, 776pub is required to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide all documents and information requested by 776pub for KYC purposes, which may include but are not limited to:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or Postal ID)
• Proof of current address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (e.g., photograph of credit/debit card with middle digits obscured, bank account statement, or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

3.2 Timing of Verification

776pub may request KYC documents at any time, including but not limited to account registration, first withdrawal request, or when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delays in processing withdrawals.

3.3 Verification Processing

KYC verification typically takes between 24 to 72 hours from the time all required documents are submitted. 776pub reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or insufficient. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be subject to restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

776pub accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50). Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing times.

4.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account as part of our responsible gaming measures. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Deposit limit decreases take effect immediately.

4.3 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process
• The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses

4.4 Withdrawal Method and Fees

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Wagering Requirements

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 776pub are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details are correct before confirming. In the event of a dispute regarding bet outcomes, 776pub's records (including server logs and game history) shall be considered final and binding.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets and game rounds shall be void, and funds will be returned to Player accounts. Game providers' decisions regarding technical malfunctions are final. 776pub is not liable for losses arising from such malfunctions.

6.3 Game Fairness and RTP

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 776pub

776pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Reasons for suspension may include but are not limited to failure to complete KYC verification, suspected bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or violation of any provision of these Terms.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion from 776pub at any time as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent closure. 8.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements, these will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts closed at the Player's request may be subject to a cooling-off period before reopening.

8.4 Forfeiture of Funds

In cases of account termination due to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any prohibited activity, 776pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings. This right is in addition to any other remedies available to 776pub under law.

10.4 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 776pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if 776pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership

All content on the 776pub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 776pub or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The 776pub name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by 776pub and may not be used without express written permission.

11.2 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, 776pub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 776pub.
